Career:

Already the first position after my studies of mechanical engineering (Dipl.-Ing., FH) led me into the field of failure analysis. At MAN, I was able to gain extensive experience with methods and tools from SixSigma, Kepner-Tregoe and Shainin as head of analysis in the corporate quality department. In 2013 I joined the technical consulting company Shainin as a consultant to further pursue my professional passion for technical, fact-based root cause analysis and problem solving. As a certified Shainin Journeyman, I was able to further deepen and apply my expertise there.

After three years and many successful projects, I joined Oliver Wyman in 2016 as a Technical Specialist. There I was able to lead and execute projects in various industries for technical problem solving, production optimization, product cost reduction and advanced analytics.

In 2018, I left Oliver Wyman as Senior Manager to become a freelance consultant in 2019. This gives my clients the opportunity to efficiently minimize product, process, and quality costs, even in times of recession. It goes without saying that I am flexible and can be deployed internationally.

My clients benefit from my extensive experience, training and technical creativity in the field of technical root cause analysis and problem solving: I am thus able to efficiently and effectively reduce production, product and quality costs. In combination with extensive data analyses, my working method is always goal- and fact-based. In the cooperation with my customers, complete honesty and open communication is my top priority.
